I’ve been working with Preston for about 6 months, and I am amazed at my progress so far. I’ve struggled with binge eating my whole life, and Preston has helped me with the mind set of controlling my food intake. Starting out, I weighed about 255-257 and I’m now down to 225. I’m very happy with the results and I’m excited to continue to work with him.
Preston, I just wanted to thank you for leading the Power Hour Small Group Training. I appreciated your organization, patience, and willingness to help each member of the class in understanding each exercise. I sometimes didn't feel like attending, but was always glad I did.

I was fortunate to have Preston as a trainer for 8 months. during that time I learned a lot about workout routines, proper movement and nutrition to achieve my weight loss goals. 6 month update:
I’ve dropped about 35 pounds or so since I was working out with you. I’m sticking to the program you designed for me nutritionally. Maybe not much during the holidays. Lol I am back on my routine this week though.
